6 hour – beginner
A 6 hour class suitable for any level spinner that discusses the various ways to prepare a fleece. This class does not cover how to spin yarn, but I do go over the differences between woolen and worsted spinning while talking about different fiber preparations. Throughout the class I demonstrate how to wash fleece. The students break into small groups and work with all of the fiber prep tools. If there is time left over students can spin any of the fiber they have prepared.
